In this series I’ll go over some common mistakes I’m seeing people make on their websites. I’ll give you some quick insights and actionable items. There are plenty of things you can be focusing on to better improve your websites performance and the overall user experience. But first, let me tell you about why expressing a clear point of view matters.
Why Point of View Matters
There is something about you and your personal experience, that allows you to get your clients what they want better than the person beside you.
Let me say it again..
There is something about YOU and YOUR personal experience that, allows YOU to get YOUR clients what they want BETTER than the person beside you.
Listen, everyone is looking for a personal connection. Someone is looking for you, so let’s make it clear who you are.
(You rn: “Wow, you think I’m special? Thanks Jules! High fives, back pats all around.”)
How Do I Use My Clear Point of View?
We need to start by asking ourselves a few questions:
→Why would someone want to work with you?
→ Who are you? What have you experienced that allows you specific strengths to support your ideal client in reaching their goals?
→Why would those things be important to your ideal client?
And then think about; → How can you communicate this on your website, IG, or anywhere that you come in contact with your people online or offline.
FOR EXAMPLE:
For me, one of my strengths is that I take a compassionate approach to work and communication. If you’ve worked with me, that’s something that you’ve said, I’m not making this up. 😅
That’s because of my personal and professional experience.
Because I’ve been there, I’ve been EXACTLY where you’ve been! I’ve been burnt out, I’ve been overwhelmed, I’ve experienced intense anxiety. I personally understand the value of having someone come alongside to create a system that work.
This experience allows me to listen and approach our work together with compassion. It also motivates me to think for personalized solutions for your brand. All of this informs the way I speak and the messages I share.
MORE IMPORTANTLY:
My ideal client knows that I care about their personal success and ability to thrive as much as they do.

So many service providers I come into contact with are burning themselves out, bending over backwards to get folks to buy into their services and purchase their products, all while totally ghosting their 24/7 passive salesman (their website).
