Knots & Pipes believes that ethical slow fashion is available to everyone, not something that you need to pay an arm and a leg for, can be found locally, and is more than just your granny’s old sweater. We're rewriting the narrative around slow fashion.
Heather first approached me after recognizing that her small business needed to make a big pivot in order to reach it’s next level. Her studio had been producing hand-crafted jewelry with a sustainability focus for several years and had become well known within this niche, making several appearances on local talk shows, featured on local celebrity blogs etc. leading to Heather’s securing a collaborative contract with a much larger celebrity brand on promoting a new line of sustainable jewelry.
On reflecting in her business, Heather knew that her current branding and website did not reflect the quality and direction that she wanted to bring her new line, a modular collection, forward. That’s when she reached out to me – our goal was to present a brand that appealed more to her target niche of fashion forward women seeking out high quality, high trend, sustainable and timeless pieces for their jewelry collection.
Together we created an elevated visual brand and online shopping experience that also clearly communicates Heather’s sustainable and ethical mission to her potential customers, while prioritizing optimization and the user journey.
We crafted intentional resources and educational information to populate Heather’s blog that support this mission. Heather believes that by embracing conscious consumption, we can collectively contribute to a more mindful lifestyle, fostering a brighter and more compassionate world; a message I am more than thrilled to be able to support.

"After meeting with multiple designers, I chose to work with Jules from Goodwell for a variety of reasons. Our initial conversations were followed up with tangible service offerings. After learning what my needs were as a small business looking to make some significant pivots, Jules provided specific, tangible services that would meet my unique needs.
Throughout over a year of working together (the result of multiple family & health delays on my end- throughout which Jules was incredibly patient and graceful), Jules answered questions, provided loom tutorials, took on behind the scenes tech tasks and consistently checked in with me.
Jules from Goodwell kept me on track and focused. She was able to manifest for me precisely what I was looking for, even when I wasn't always sure myself what that was. The end result and ongoing support, touch points and overall championing my small business have been nothing short of incredible.
If you are looking for an honest, talented, visionary for your business- do yourself a favour and connect with Goodwell. I had a truly phenomenal experience :)"
