Beyond a place where patients can receive treatments, The Wellness Hub is a space where you and your family can connect, collaborate, and feel right at home. The focus at TWH is centered on family health, with specialties in women’s care and paediatrics.
Consider TWH your home away from home - complete with your favourite snacks, refreshments, and cozy lounge chairs. you may even get a visit from Dr. Devyn’s golden retriever during your visit!
It's a place where kids can be kids, where you can feel a sense of community, learn more about your health, and explore and play as a family.
When Devyn reached out about help with her social media presence, she expressed overwhelm with the inconsistent branding and lack of ability and resources to sort this out herself. She didn’t feel that she had the time or the expertise to accurately represent her brand through this channel, without outside help.
One thing I learned quickly about Devyn and The Wellness Hub was that they were not interested in showing up in a typical way. (MY FAVOURITE!) To be honest, the current approach to clinical care sadly overlooks the client experience; often serving clients in dingy or sterile environments that are inaccessible to caregivers responsible for caring for their dependants throughout the day. The Wellness Hub drops the need to find separate activities for your family members by providing a space that is open for families to come and be families while receiving the care that they need. A truly holistic approach to care. Naturally, we found ourselves in alignment.
Devyn had a brand direction and an online presence in the works but her main communication tool, social media, was lacking this same consistency. She was ready to keep the momentum going and step things up to present her extensive knowledge and holistic approach to providing clinical care to her audience online.
Together we created a visual system of sharing this important information that supports the existing brand and website experience. We were able to create effective tools for Devyn and her team to use to point clients towards frequently asked questions as well as resources for first time clients. With these communication tools in hand, TWH team is able to share valuable resources and be a source of empowerment to help you reach your unique wellness goals, while elevating your overall treatment experience.
