I’m so excited for June! This month is gonna be filled with some really aligned projects and some sweet celebrations (my little sister is getting married!! 🥰).
I’m definitely gearing up for a full month in the studio and personal calendar. Even with a calendar full of good things, it’s easy to let those things that keep my grounded slip.
So here are the five things I won’t compromise on this month:
01 Morning movement
It’s so important for me to make a point to make it out for a walk every morning before work. Creating this space between home and work mode is key for mental separation but is also a great way to get prepare for the day.
02 Filling my mind
No matter how busy things get, my energy is fueled by learning or imagination. Books are a huge part of this process for me.
03 Emptying my mind
The entrepreneurial life lends itself to all kinds of freedom and the option to take work with you everywhere. On the flipside, you can take work with you everywhere … it’s important to be able to turn it off and protect time away from work, especially in my mind.
04
Nourishing my body
This is something that often gets overlooked during busy seasons. It’s become increasingly more obvious to me how proper nutrition contributes to brain function and overall health. When I am treating my body well, I am able to treat other’s with my full attention and full capacity.
05 A consistent sleep cycle
Similar to nourishing my body, getting a consistent amount of sleep within a consistent time frame everyday helps me show up to my fullest in all areas of my life, including the studio!
What are you looking forward to this month? How are you managing to stay grounded during this season?

Is your website working as hard as it could be?
So many service providers I come into contact with are burning themselves out, bending over backwards to get folks to buy into their services and purchase their products, all while totally ghosting their 24/7 passive salesman (their website).
